Tiger Resources entered into a second joint venture, the Katanga Joint Venture, with the DRC registered company Aurum SPRL, and now has the right to explore for and develop any mineral deposits discovered within a total of seven exploration permits held by Aurum. In total the permits cover an area of 1640 square kilometres and are all located within the Copperbelt.
